WHO ARE WE?

Advanced Property Management was founded in 1999 and continues to provide full property management services.  We have over 30 years of experience in Property Management. We are proud of our success in helping our Associations run smoothly. We have a dedicated professional staff of licensed CAM managers and skilled maintenance technicians. We are licensed and fully insured.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We are a full-service property management company that can provide high level association management for HOAs (Home Owner Associations), Condominiums, Marinas, and Bundled Golf Communities in and around the Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers areas.

We also offer residential, and commercial property management with the service, experience and dedication you are looking for.

We take a different approach to management. We believe in having a Team service your association. Why rely on only one individual (CAM)? Our philosophy has multiple CAMs cross trained to offer you a higher level of service and redundancy that your community deserves. We strive for excellent service and communication and take pride in the quality of service and personal attention we are able to offer our clients.

TECHNOLOGY

APMS strives to offer the best in client satisfaction, and we stay up to date on the latest technology which helps us do so. We use a sophisticated property management software platform that integrates day-to-day management functions, accounting, work orders and service issues, contact management, online payments and a host of other functions. We use an accounts payable (A/P) platform that integrates with our software to make paying vendors and Board approvals a snap. Service technicians are provided iPad’s with our service management system installed and are required to carry them at all times. This allows the service department to stay connected and react as soon as the need arises. We offer demos to showcase these features and how they can increase efficiency and we also offer training to Board members to ensure everyone knows how our systems work.
